Call on us to:
- Evaluate and assess needs;
- Screen, arrange, and monitor in-home help or other services;
- Advocate for quality care;
- Help with a crisis;
- Serve as a liaison with family members, physicians and others;
- Provide short-term or long-term assistance for caregivers living near or far away;
- Review financial, legal, or medical issues and offer referrals to geriatric specialists;
- Provide crisis intervention;
- Act as a liaison to families at a distance, overseeing care, and quickly alerting families to problems;
- Assist with transitioning an older person to or from their home, a retirement community, an assisted living residence or a nursing home; and,
- Provide consumer education and advocacy.
After the initial evaluation, research and report, AIDENT will remain available to provide ongoing services, which could possibly include:
- Client education as to care issues and options;
- Assessment of the services that are appropriate to meet the client's needs;
- Identification of appropriate residential care options as circumstances change including skilled and rehabilitative nursing care facilities if necessary;
- Assistance to screen, coordinate and monitor facility and in-home services;
- Advocacy to ensure the client's needs and choices are being met;
- Crisis intervention; and,
- Serving as a liaison to family members, making sure things are going well and alerting the family to problems.
Our fees range from set pricing for a one-time assessment to hourly rates depending on your service selection. We will customize a service fee schedule with you prior to the delivery of any services.
