Our Care Managers

At Aident, we are proud of our professional, experienced and certified Geriatric Care Management Team; Pauline T. Juneau, RN, CMC and Mary Toppi-Beane, LSW, CMC. Through Pauli's nursing and long-term care background as well as Mary's social work and community-based expertise, this team of highly qualified professionals is well equipped to deal with the most challenging client circumstances.

Both Pauli and Mary are members of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, the Maine Alzheimer Association, the Maine Adult Day Services Providers, and the National Council of Aging.

Pauli Juneau, RN, CMC has more than 30 years of nursing experience and a focus on geriatrics. She has worked as a Nurse Care Manager at a long term care facility where she learned the complexities of managing the paperwork associated with long term care. As a Senior Outreach Nurse she managed a community-based caseload with responsibilities for medication management and assessment of the physical, emotional, social and safety needs of her senior clients.

Mary Toppi-Beane, LSW, CMC brings 26 years of hands-on-experience with Maine-based geriatric services. As Director of Elder Services for the city of Portland, Mary supervised two highly regarded Adult Day Services programs, a Senior Adult Nursing program, and a Recreation Therapy program for a nursing home. With this exceptional background, Mary brings Maine-based knowledge of licensing and funding regulations, care management, as well as psycho-social assessments.
